We aim to provide our clients with the highest standard of services and ensure that every visit is a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Please carefully read our refund policy to understand the terms and conditions associated with your appointments and payments.
No Refund Policy
At Tong Ni Foot Spa, we do not offer refunds on services rendered. Once a service has been booked and the payment processed, the transaction is final. We highly recommend that clients confirm their bookings and treatment choices carefully before making payments.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we request that you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. This gives us the opportunity to offer your time slot to other clients. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a full charge for the booked service.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment within 30 days of your original booking, subject to availability.
- Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur the full service charge.
Exceptional Circumstances
In the event that services cannot be rendered due to an issue on our end (e.g., therapist availability, facility problems), we will offer a reschedule or credit towards future services at no additional cost to you. Refunds may only be considered under extreme circumstances where services are not rendered, and other options are not possible.
Gift Vouchers and Packages
Gift vouchers and service packages are non-refundable. However, they are transferable, and you may gift them to others. If you would like to transfer a voucher or package, please contact us to update our records.
Payment for Services
All treatments at Tong Ni Foot Spa must be paid for in full at the time of booking or before services are provided. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile wallets. In case of any discrepancies or payment issues, please contact us promptly to resolve the matter.
